Sturdy and light monopod
I've recently been doing more wildlife photography and this is ideal for when a tripod isn't practical, coupled with a ball head it's very goodThe monopod is very very light and small when packed, handy to keep attached to your camera bagI am 5 9 and this is taller than I need when fully extended, it feels sturdy and having the choice of a spike at the foot is handy too.Beware if you intend to use the ball head from your tripod you will need an adapter screw, pretty cheap sold on amazon and cheaper than buying a new head all together.The quick release pole is good and doesn't creep down at all.
